Consigning With Us

Because inventory in always rotating through the doors, we continue to accept quality consignments of all types and price ranges. Our consignment terms are a 40/60 split for 120 days, with 60% of the sale going to the consignor. We advertise your item, collect sales tax and pay credit cards fees on your behalf. You get to set your price, although we are always available to help in this process. Not only do we take furniture and household goods on consignment, we also offer consignment options for local artisans at a reduced rate. Please note, consignment items are arranged on the showroom floor at the descretion of the owners.

Consignment seems like the best option for you? What do you do next?

1. Email us photos at contact@gottahaveitantiques.com. Please be sure to include an accurate description of the condition of the item and include any photos of damaged or imperfectons. 

2. Terri and Victoria will look through your photos to determine if GHI is the best market for you and ensure there is room on the floor for larger pieces. 

3. Terri or Victoria will set up a time for you to drop off your items during shop hours or by appointment

4. Sit back and let us do the work for you, without the risk and hassle of trying to sell items from your home.

Clearing out a family estate, long time collection or simply looking for a side hustle to generate some additional income? Becoming a GHI vendor may be the best option for you. Vendors rent floor and/or showcase space on a month to month basis. Our average floor space is 10′ x 12′ in our heated and air conditioned building and every booth has electricity. We offer booth sharing for those with less merchandise, but we can also combine booths for those wanting or needing more space. Booth rents include, not only your rented space, but each vendor has the option to place 2-3 of their larger pieces on the main showroom floor at no extra charge. Outdoor furniture and decor can be staged in the patio area for no additional fee. Vendors can use one of our locked show cases for securing their smaller, more valuable items. In addition, each GHI vendor is invited to set up in a 12′ x 12′ space at our Popup Markets for free. GHI collects sales tax and pays the credit card fees on behalf of all vendors.
